My work schedule has changed a bit and I am now training in the evenings, around 7:30pm. The problem is that I go to be around 9ish and I lay there feeling my post workout shake sitting in my stomach like a pound of bricks. I used to train mid afternoon so should I just wait a while and see if my body gets used to this? I mean the stomach discomfort is affecting my sleep which then affects my next day training. I don’t want to not eat after training since I know how important it is but I’m not sure what else to do. Anyone else have this problem?
