Lat Trigger Points, Good or Bad Thing?

After doing the following workout I got some trigger points, major ones, in my lats. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I know how to work on them, but I just want to do know if I did something wrong or if that is part of the progress? thanks
Bear crawl, planks, face pulls, lateral shoulder raises, landmine press and one arm chest press. Besides that I also had upper trap soreness, like that was the main muscle I worked, which I talked about on another thread. But I realized I had trigger points in the lats later on, thus this thread. Thanks
