Hey PC, been binge reading all your posts; What movements do you consider Lat Training? I was reading in one of your posts that Rows are Upper Back. What exactly is for the Lats?

lat pulldowns can either hit the lats or upperback
rows can hit the lats or the upperback
pullups can hit the lats or the upperback
Depends on your body positioning, arched/neutral spine, and bar path.
