This last weekend in St Louis the USAPL had the Open Nationals. The men have 10 weight classes in this event, 5 of the winners were masters lifters. Yes guys over 40 whooping up on the young pups. Heckfire one the 198 class winner totaled 1892 lbs, and set a record. He is the oldest man to win an open class at an IPF USAPL meet. The great Mike Bridges is 50.
So we can keep at this and who knows what will happen next.
