What is a higher priority? I am someone that is trying to get strong and more muscular (like a lot of people on this website) and I have a question on food. Some days it is hard for me to get all my scheduled meals in during the day and so I have to stay up later in the day to get that last meal in. Is is better to get that last meal or is it better to get more sleep?
Example: Today, woke up tired so I knew I was going to need to get to bed early.
Meal 1 7:30
Meal 2 9:30
Meal 3 12:00
Meal 4 3:00
At this point I want to get to bed at like 7 pm, which means just one last meal. To get my normal six, I would have to stay up until 9:30-10:00 before I can eat meal 6. In your guys experience, is it better to get more food or more sleep?*
*This is just an example. Today, I am going to eat meal 5 and then hit the sack, but I am curious for future times.
