Last Meal Before Bed

I’m am eating 250ml of cottage cheese with 1.5-2 Tbs of Natural peanut butter,2 Tbs of cocoa and a dash of full fat milk (mixed up) just before I hit the sack.
Is this quantity a little excessive for a 176 lb man or am I doing myself a favour?

I’ve just started my first bulking phase eating only clean foods and I want to keep the fat to a bare minimum as I still have some leftover beer belly that doesn’t want to go away.
