Legs
Snatch Grip Deadlifts- 135x5, 225x3, 275x2, 325x almost 1…shit I suck
Leg Press- 90x12, 180x12, 270x12
DB Step Ups- 25x8, 50x8, 75x8 [each DB]
Leg Extensions- 55x12, 85x12, 115x10, 145x8, 175x12
Calf Raises-2x20 @ BW while this really cute girl was on the Leg Curl…man I gotta hit the gym later more often. Only old people at 7:30am.
Leg Curls- 55x12, 85x10, 115x8, 145x6, 175x6
Fuck, the 275 felt easy except for my grip…I thought I’d do 325 then 375 but couldn’t finish the 325. Ehh…maybe next time I’ll go for more reps with 295 or something, then do 315. People get to 4 plates on DLs pretty quick, I bet I’ll do the same.
On the plus side I think I did well with the Step Ups. Balance was the real issue. My gym only goes up to 100lb dbs, I can see myself using them on Step Ups in a few weeks.
Shoulders, Triceps
DB Shoulder Press- 30x8, 50x8, 65x8
DB Lateral Raise- 15x8, 25x8, 35x7
DB Front Raise- 15x7, 25x6, 35x7
Smith Behind the Neck Press- 45x?, 95x8, 135x3, 155x8
Seated Rows to the Neck- 70x8, 100x8, 130x6, 160x5
Machine Reverse Flyes- 55x8, 85x10, 115x12
PJR Pullovers- 25x8, 50x8, 60x8, 70x7
Cable Pushdowns- 100x10, 150x8, 210x9
Fuuuuuck…bad day. Neck has been killing me for the past 3 days but today doing shoulders it actually affected the training. I actually think it has to do with the lateral [and front] raises, my neck seems to tense up when I do them and that’s what started it a few days back when I did them. I’ll go for higher reps on those exercises next time.
PRs everywhere except for Alternate DB Curls, and Cable Curls. The cable curls I was tired when I did them, and the weight was higher than last week anyway. But I have no idea why I can’t progress faster on alternate DB curls. I suck at those. If I progress on barbell curls and not the DB curls I know that there’s something wrong with the way I do them, as simple as they may be :/.
Caught a cold or something worse so I was REALLY sick yesterday. Been getting better today, but I’m still kind of tired, but not drowsy and lethargic like I was yesterday. Too bad I had to go to the gym today on low sleep and still tired, the workout kind of sucked.
@Rock: Too busy staring at the avatar to be hurt by your wish :D.
@Ghost: Who do you have at number 1? Pete Rock’s definitely top 10, I’m not even sure who makes the top 5 aside from RZA and Dre.
T-Nation’s been really slow for me until today so I was unable to update this bad boy until now. I’ll probably update it with today’s Back Biceps but if not it’s because I’ve got some midterms to study for.
Larry, lil Wayne is [still] terrible. I agree with your boy that Pete Rock is top 5. You see the Jazz moved Williams? Crazy. Making killer progress bro.
I haven’t updated this thing in a while. In the past two weeks I’ve gotten sick during midterm week, went down from 206 to 200lbs oddly enough with no major loss in strength, then ate a shitload of food and caught up on sleep after midterms which led to my getting better, getting back to 206lbs, and some nice PRs. Here’s today’s session:

J Dilla! [/quote]
You know, I’ve never really given his discography a good listen even though I have Donuts and Jay Stay Paid. I might have to give him a good listen sometime. I’ve always like this beat though:

lol Good to see to back around here :D.
Man, I don’t even think Deron signed an extension before the trade. He could feasible play out his contract and leave NJ, too. In a couple of years NJ may have gotten nothing for the guys they traded.
