Like I mentioned, I’ve been doing a six day a week, bench/squat split. I’ll just post my two routines for you, I alternate each one every day.
Day 1
Squat (ass to grass)
45x however many i need

315x1x3 (sometimes I do more sets if I can’t improve on my reps, but this is were I’ve been stuck for weeks)

Hamstring Curls
RDL’s
Quad Extensions
Weighted Situps
Day 2
Bench

275x2x3 (again, stuck here for weeks now)
