If you’re offering, sure!

can you even get defender 110 in the us? I am pretty sure they done sell them here… least, i vagely remember hearing this from a land rover friend of mine who rocks a 05 range rover…

110 all the way if you can get it / afford it though…

but if you cant, military H1… may be your only realistic option…

That’s what I was going to mention.
I have a friend who owned a Land Rover Discovery. He had to take the thing to “European Car Specialist” Mechanic shops to get work done. Regular places wouldn’t service the thing. Expenses eventually sunk him and he ended up getting rid of it.

only 2 people can realistically own a land rover, those with money to burn that can afford to pay someone to fix it, and those that can fix it for themselves - land rover mechanic

Defenders are essentially british jeep wranglers with V8s. Theyre a bit different than the discovery or ranger rovers.

I’m more of a facilitator I can hook you up with Edgy but I get a finders fee

The H1 has giant “hump” in the middle (to get the transmission up and out of the way and to provide some lateral blast protection across the vehicle).

This makes talking to passengers (or getting a hand job) impossible, although I understand Airforce guys still jack each other off.

They are also basically as wide as they are long, which sucks for cargo and for turning around in an urban environment when actually trying to obey traffic laws.

Anyway, as cool as they are for a pure off-road vehicle, they suck 100% for on-road use.

Yes, they just have to be 25 years old and “unmodified on import.”

There is a large busiess importing them and sticking Izuzu turbodiesels in them.

BMW briefly owned Land Rover and greatly improved the wiring and electronics in the 1997 model.

How many crazy bitches can they haul? That’s the real motherfucking question!

I think the defenders look awesome, but wouldn’t trust them as a daily driver. If you’re near 7’, you might look into having a shop modify the vehicle for you.

Not as many as a pickup. You can stack 'em like cord word in the back.

And, for the record, I am dating a smart, good-looking, rock climber girl. Jewish, which is a bit odd, especially since she dragged me to their holiday stuff recently. Still, I got more out of it than Latin Catholic mass my mom liked.

They are actually just a big flat pan. I can drill new holes and move the seat base back (and seat higher on risers) if I want. That’s actually part of the attraction.

My daily is my pickup. This is my weekend-go-skiing vehicle. My company truck attracts Johnny Law due to a former GF having a cop brother.

Think I am going to buy this one. $18K.

More vehicles=more capacity!

Attracting the attention of the local constabulary is never a good thing, especially after putting the slammo on his sister! lol

That’s a pretty sweet ride.
