Lamb Liver £1.50 a Kilo (About $2.50)

I was at the butchers yesterday and noticed that lamb liver was 1.50 pounds per kilo, its 22grams protein per 100 grams, 11grams fat per 100grams. Beef liver not much different in price has similar protein but less fat.

Does anyone here eat a lot of liver? Do you consider it a decent source of meat to get the protein in.

I eat calf’s liver every so often. I’d considered it a great source of protein as well as the bonus of the huge quantity of vitamins etc
