Lactic Acid Training 4x Weekly

Would it be possible/OK on a fat loss phase to do lactate threshold training (such as PHA or GBC) on M,T,Th,F? I would do different exercises each day, but same type of movements. PHA, for example, would look like this:

Upper push (hor)
Quad
Upper Pull (hor)
Ham
Abs

Upper push (vert)
quad
upper pull (vert)
Ham
Abs

Remember, this is all VERY light weight, little rest, high reps lactate threshold training…

I think it would be okay. You’ll be in a lot of pain though. :smiley:

I think a better way would be lactic acid twice a week, HIIT once a week and easy cardio twice a week just in terms of variety and non-overtrainingness as well as working a variety of energy systems.
