i need some recommendations on what to do this offseason. i kind of want to to ws4sb/power for the summer to get ready for fallball and then in the winter 5/3/1. but im not entirely sure, part of me wants to 5/3/1 with some tweaks based on wendler’s “5/3/1 and athletes” article during the summer

this, the only thing you can do poorly is pick a program, think its not working, and crap out on it really quickly resulting in an offseason of failed attempts rather than one success no matter how effective it actually is for your game.
