The pull is crazy high. Lack of technique and fear. No reason why you can't make 115-120 with a pull like yours at all. Just technique and fear is holding you back.
You pull too aggressive off the floor and jolt the bar. This is maybe causing you to lose tightness and not pull under as it's just 'that bit heavier' and pulling you out of position.
I'd get more work in around 80-90kg from the hang. Get use to pulling under a weight that doesn't have to go so high and get use to catching the bounce. This is a skill so learn it.
Not bad at all. You just need to do more technique work so you can realise your strength as you pull 110 and 112.5 HIGH.
