I posted this in “Building a Better Body” and it was ignored completely.
I have flexibility issues in my hip abductors and me ankles. However, the limiting factor for both doesn’t feel like its the muscle being stretched.
IE, when going into the splits to stretch the adductors, my abductors cramp up.
As far as the ankle, it feels like there’s something on the top of my foot physically blocking my bone from coming any more forward.
Any help would be appreciated. These are the impeding factors in my rubber guard (adductors) and deep squats (ankles).
