Labrendectomy in Hip (Cartilage Regeneration?)

So I had surgery last fall, that was supposed to fix my torn labrum in my hip, along with shave down some bone (the bone that was wearing it and tore it in the first place). So the bottom line was that my labrum couldn’t be fixed, and my doc cut out like 40 percent of the cartilage in my hip that was all damaged.

Now my rehab is basically done, and things are going pretty well. But I want to make sure I either grow this shit back (I know… unlikely lol) or do something to protect it. Any tips for ways to regrow cartilage, or shit even if you know an operation there is to try and stimulate growth, I want to hear about it.

GHRP6.

Jesus christ, it must sond like I have shares in it’s development, the amount of times I recommend it, lol.

But your thread is relevant to me. I met a guy the other night (friend of a friend) who just had this operation performed. He’s still on crutches but says he can already tell that the joint is a whole lot better/more mobile/smoother.

What is the difference between the GHRP6 and GHRP2?
