Lab Work, Stats and Background History

Hi All,

In the last 8 months I noticed an enormous plateau at the gym. So i decided to start to dig around and see what could be causing this. Instantly, I new it could not be my diet or training since I am very strict with this. Therefore I thought maybe I have low TT and FT. Which lead me to start researching more about TRT. After all the research I decided to get lab work done.

Below are my statistics and lab results. I would love to get the vets input on the result. At first glance my LH levels seem very low for my age. My TT and FT definately are on the low side too.

Age: 26
Training: 5 years
Weight: 206lbs
Facial hair: 4-5 days to grow facial hair however, it is not thick and patchy in some areas. Minimal hair on chest and back
Fat: Mostly around lower abs area
Health Conditions: Been on Efexor XR 150 for 5 years
Injuries: Dealing with shoulder problems
Morning Wood: very rare

Diet
7:00AM: Half Cantaloupe or any other fast digesting carbs
8:00AM: 4 whole eggs 6 egg whites / 1 tbsp coconut oil / 1 cup of oats
10:15AM: 1 cup low fat cottage cheese / 1 cup strawberries / 1 PB sandwich with Ezekiel bread
12:30PM: 0.35lbs chicken or round steak or Turkey / 1 cup of sweet potato / 1 cup of broccoli
2:30 PM: 0.35lbs chicken or round steak or turkey / 2 cups of broccoli / 1 cup of basmati rice
4:30PM: 1 can Tuna / 1 cup of basmati rice / 1 Avocado
5:00PM: 1 Banana
5:30-6:00PM: Training
7:00PM: 1 scoop of whey & 1 scoop of casein / 1 banana
8:00PM: Dinner (similar to lunch)
9:30PM: 1 handful almonds / 1 scoop of casein / 1 cup low fat cottage cheese

Training
2 days on 1 day off one muscle group. Max time 60 minutes.

I would be focusing on adrenals, thyroid and proper sleep hygiene (modulation of neurotransmitters)

Would love to get some more input ???

Correcting neurotransmitters imbalance created by the effexor may help your issues.
