Amazing…

Are you using an AI ?

Things that stand out:
Hematocrit, Yours has come back above range. When mine reaches that level my bp runs a little high and my wood isn’t as great as when its in the mid 40’s. Blood donation every three months will help. You may be able to do double reds with your level this high.

E2 very low at 14, if you are using an AI the dose needs to come down. If you aren’t there are a few things you can do to raise it.

TSH looks high. I’m not an expert on thyroid. Have you read the thyroid sticky ?

No AI… My Estradiol at my peak 2 days after injection was 35 but the full male hormone panel i took 7 days after injection Estradiol read 14.

And yes i have read the stickies on TSH …iodine etc…

With no AI and a peak of 35 and low of 14 on your E2, I’d split your injection to half M and half Th.
It’ll keep your e2 from getting too high, or too low. And donate blood as soon as you can.

Your thyroid needs to be addressed, but I lack any real experience or expertise with it.
The other two suggestions should help out your libido.

Good Luck.
