Lab Results. Any Ideas?

Repeating what I posted into your first thread.
Please do not create new threads, we need all of your history in one place.

There can be many reasons for how you feel.
Things other than low T can make you feel worse and many have these
other problems and low-T. Do not have T-tunnel vision. Many T clinic
docs suffer from that.

Post all of your lab work with lab ranges.

You need do do the reading and thus answer most of the questions yourself.

Please provide more info about you. There is more involved than your lab numbers.

You are 30 years old, that is all that we know.

TSH=3.14 should be closer to 1.0
Ignore the thyroid ranges, they are quite useless.
Have you been using iodized salt and/or vitamins that list iodine+selenium - history Your oral body temperatures are the best overall indicator or thyroid function.
Are your outer eyebrows sparse?

You appear to have secondary hypogonadism. Labs are incomplete. LH varies a lot and a single lab test may catch a peak or trough. FSH levels are steadier and are often a better indicator of LH status than LH it self.
