LA Training for Strongman?


For strongman, what would be considered LA (lactic acid) training? I was thinkking about using the "bear" and some Waterbury walks. Any suggestions?


Training the events themselves would be best IMO. However, I asked Mike Johnston at elitefts a similar question to this about maintaining metabolic conditioning when not training for a specific meet, and he said he used kb complexes etc to do this, so I'm thinking your suggestions are along the right lines.
