I’ve got some Lysine tabs for free, 1000mg 90 tabs, was wondering if anyone knew anything about lysine dosing etc. I don’t know squat, was looking for some effective way to use them.

lysine is really cheap, I got carlson’s brand for like 8-10 bucks. Poliquin suggested i think 4g a day spread throughout during his super accumulation program. not sure how much 100mg a tab is gona do for you.

I’ve read somewhere that it is often the limiting amino… should i just add 1 to every protein shake i take or something to help make the profile more complete? any other ideas?

Nothing apart from that CP reference? come on guys I know someone knows something!
