Does anyone know what leucine tastes like? I wanted to start supplementing with it in stead of bcaa mix because the bcaa’s really tastes like flaky shit!
Leucine is like dry tasteless flakes of powder, unappetizing but not bitter. I usually have some smarties or honey or something at the same time.
