Kutcher Hospitalized - Fruit Diet

What a dumb ass!

“First of all, the fruitarian diet can lead to, like, some severe issues. I ended up in the hospital like two days before we started shooting the movie. I was, like, doubled over in pain,” Kutcher said to reporters at the Sundance Film Festival. “My pancreas levels were completely out of whack, which was really terrifying - considering everything.”

He’s never gonna be able to handle the lsd diet then.

That is so 70’s.

On a serious note why would anyone ever consider this? I guess that is the difference between educated people and people who follow fads.

A diet high in sugar and low in protein and fats seems really healthy. I’m sold.

I guess a frutarian diet consists of only fruit, nuts and seeds … so you could theoretically obtain sustainable levels of proteins and fats through the nuts and seeds from what I understand

On the other hand, I could eat meat.

Yeah but he had a great return to Punk’d last year. He Punk’d Drake by making him think he was going to meet Joe Biden, he gets escorted to this underground parking garage by the “secret service” for “briefing” and a “security check” and then they create a fake earthquake (shaking the SUV Drake is in and making all the other cars in the garage go off). LOL the dude legitimately freaked the fuck out.

Yeah, I bet that Kutcher likes nuts.

Not sure about that, but we DO know he once loved an old flake… until she got too old.

They needed an ironically meaty anecdote to promote the movie, Ashton went on an all-fruit method diet to show how committed he was to the role and he ended up in hospital two days before the shoot but the shoot was uneventful.

The ‘official’ medical diagnosis was that his “pancreas levels were, like, totally out of whack”. Luckily Dr. Ted Theodore Logan was in residence at the time.

In other words, he experimented with a fruit diet at the last minute just to say he dabbled with fruitarianism and the resulting stomach cramps from such an extreme switch in diet landed him in hospital.

Epic constipation.

Not surprised. He’s full of shit anyway.

Okay, I really don’t hate Kutcher. I like when he punk’d Zack Braff. I hate THAT guy!

Zack Braff is the cockiest cock on the walk. He’s the only non-politician with speedbags for ballbags. Easy but worthy target.

Kutcher is an average actor trying to compete with the big boys by turning a passing resemblance into a respectable acting career by eating fruit.

Keanu would have been a better Jobs.

I have in no way transferred to Vegan, but I have read a fair amount of studies, (the China Study one, being the largest most scientifically relevant study regarding food and humans ever done). I am very into Local, unprocessed whole foods. I get my beef and eggs from a friend who started a small farm and raises his livestock truly free range. Like I help him move the “chicken mansion” and helped him plant a 1000 sq ft garden last year. My percentage of food that comes out of a box or bag is down to about 10-20% of my diet. and almost everything I eat is grown or produced within 40 miles of my house.

All that being said, I am very seriously considering cutting all meat from my diet. My son who is 6 months old, has never eaten meat, and he has gone from 9 Lbs 6 Ounces, to over 18 Lbs in 6 months. He is healthy smart and very active, and is looking like he is going to be a tank. He has only had human breast milk, Formula, and organic fruits and veggies either grown in my garden, or some bought at the store.

Mac Danzig is a vegan UFC fighter and he is absolutely not lacking any muscle. I have also read more and more of many competitive elite athletes who are Vegan. I think the lack of a ton of elite Vegan athletes has more to do with the overall percentage of vegans in the total population (at least as far as Americans goes).

Anyways, not sure why I wanted to post this, Half you ass hats probably don’t even know who Vegita is. If I go completely Vegan, I’ll try to stop in from time to time and post some results or overall comments.

Horribly conducted study

and cherry picking data never works

charlie sheen snorted a shit ton of cocaine and nothing happened to him, does that mean everyone should do it?

Breast milk btw is an excellent source of animal fats and proteins.

Horribly constructed post

and cherry picking points I made never works

Prof X eats a steak per day and he’s clearly an asshole, clearly this means no one should eat steak ever.

My wife could only keep up breast milk production in a sufficient enough amount for 1 month, the following 5 months have been all formula and frutis/vegs.

You see what I did there?

It does if you happen to be a fruitarian (free food).

V I think the key is cutting out processed carbs (or all processed food in general really). What is driving your decision to cut out meat though? Do you feel like going sans meat could actually be an easier way to gain strength and size? I’m not one of those people who thinks you can’t be strong without lots of meat, but I sure as shit think it makes it easier. I mean hell if I’m tryin to eat 5000 calories I’d have to stuff my face with broccoli and spinach all damn day!
