I hit two PRs on the tricep extensions and curls so I’ll be increasing the weight that I start them out with. I think they’ve helped a lot with the upper body movements but I won’t be able to tell until I start pushing the weight more.

Feeling so much better with these movements lately, I’ve completely reworked my set up and I’m focusing on keeping my elbows flared throughout the sets and it finally feels natural again.

I broke one of my 45 pound plates today, kinda sucks but I still have enough to lift normally. I’ve also lowered the working weights for both today and yesterday’s sessions because my joints still need to adjust to these reps.

Nice, thanks for letting me know about them. I’ll check and see if any stores near me have them or go online for it. Would you still recommend them if I was going to use a 200mg caffeine pill on top of it or would that defeat the purpose?

I wasn’t able to lift yesterday so I’m going to be moving the sessions forward one day for the rest of the week and doing cardio after Sunday’s lifting. Felt alright today but I could’ve gotten more sleep last night.

Idk why I’m just seeing this but you could do that if you want. I can’t offer any medical advice all I can say is I’ve totally washed a few of those pills down with a C4 or 3D and haven’t died yet
