My wife spots me on bench and she’s probably a little too good. She’ll let me struggle and right before I die or pass out, I somehow muster enough breath to gurgle “help”, and shell grab it. Of course not before she yells “leg drive!” A couple times :man_facepalming:

Sounds way more beneficial than my spotter was lmao, I had the 10th paused on my chest and was trying to tell him to let go but he wouldn’t. Always next time I guess
