Ksman. I have a bone to pick with you!! Although u do this out of the goodness of ur heart and u do help a lot of people. You ask that people list all their labs and answer a whole bunch of questions. Then when I have done all you’ve asked, you don’t answer my questions!! It’s like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer out of you!! Geesh. Much love Iw84aces lol

iw84, Sometimes I do not know what you are asking or are you just posting. I also have a lot of ground to cover. I let older threads slide as I figure I have done most of what I can contribute already.

Oh be quiet! Ur work is never done MR!!! I’m brand new to this… Need a GH sticky

Could you check out my numbers please. Dealing with a endocrinologist. Like to guide him along if he is willing to listen.

Thank you in advance

I have a question on tapering off of arimidex please KSMAN

KSman,
I have a complete BW posted on 05/02 .For some reason ,following some of yours advices I moved some results in green territory
Could you please take a look and tell me how do you think I should proceed ?

Thank you !

Hey KSMna… just got my blood test results back after 5 week of clomid usage and they look great (well, at least much much better)!

Hi KSMan…

I guess estradiol is the issue for many people…at least for me that is the piece of the puzzle that doesn´t fit yet…

Could you please take a look at my thread?

Basically three questions are eating up my brain (The thread introduces my case, hopefully it is a full big picture):

  1. Why do I aromatize more and so fast (just 1 hour after the T shot symptoms come in)?
  2. Why my body has been adapting to aromasin, needing more and more?
  3. What are the long term effects of taking AI (afraid of arthritis and bone porosity)?

Thanks,

KSMan, thanks for the help yesterday. Could I trouble you with some more insight into dosage with HCG monotherapy?

Hey ksman, I finally got my labs back, and to say the least, i am very disturbed and upset. What is going on here? Can you help?
These labs were taken 2 days after my last cyp injection, in the morning.

Testosterone, Total 906.1 348-1197
Free Testosterone 37 8.7-25.1 FLAGGED HIGH
SHBG 11.5 16.5-55.9 FLAGGED LOW
TSH .960 .450-4.500
Estradiol Sensitive 13 3-70
Thryoxine (T4) 8.1 4.5-12.0
Triiodothyronine(T3) 113 71-180
Triiodothryonine, Free 3.8 2.0-4.4
RBC 5.81 4.14-5.80 FLAGGED HIGH
Hematocrit 51.4 37.5-51.0 FLAGGED HIGH

Been on TRT since February. I felt absolutely amazing from late March to late April, but then things started to decline, and now I feel exactly like i did when I first started. Im feeling very bad with very low energy, low libido, anxiety, and deprression. I have heard that abnormally low SHBG levels is the “kiss of death” on trt. Is this fixable, or do I need to give up on TRT!!! I know that there is a “sweet spot” for me because I felt it for a month, so help me get back to that!!!

my current protocol is 100cyp every 5 days, with 500iu hcG the day before, and .50mg Adex the day after. I posted this info on another forum board and one experienced guy thinks I should cut back my adex dose to .25 instead of .5mgs. My baseline Estradiol Sensitive score was 9 when I first started TRT.

I tested Estradiol Sensitive on May 1st and the score was 47. That is when I initiated the .50 Adex. He seems to think that if my E raises a bit to the more ideal 20 something range, that I will feel better and my SHBG might even out a bit and climb to a more normal range

i also know my hematocrit is high. I donated a pint of blood yesterday and will be donating every 2 months from here on out.

Estradiol score or not, im worried about my SHBG and free T. I think that is the main culprit

Dear KSman,

I just dug up more lab info, recorded 4 days of AM and PM temps, and have so far taken Iodine 50mg/day for 7 days of Iodine as you requested.

I would really value your feedback whenever you get a couple minutes!

Thanks again for your help so far,

hey ksman…im gonna try your new recommended protocol but have a few questions. please review the last post on my thread…thank you very much

KSman,

I just posted all the info you requested on my thread, hopefully it will help clear things up some. I’m trying narrow down what I should be discussing with my endo this Friday when I seem him, i.e. what is the most likely driving my symptoms. Thanks again for all your help

good morning,
could you take a look at the results of my saliva test and give me your thoughts
thanks

KSman,

Waking temp is still around 97.2F by the cheap thermometer. With all the variables knows whether Iodine actually increased the temp or not? It seems like afternoon temp did come up, but maybe it’s all just thermometer error. However, I’m inclined to think it did increase some as the 2 more reliable thermometers I compared to in the past week both had me at or above 98.6 for PM.

I really don’t stress too much now and don’t tend to stress overt things by nature. However, I was pretty stressed for the past 3 years or so, especially before starting TRT. Mostly a worry issue. I felt horrible and it seemed like there was bad lead after bad lead and huge stretches of time involved in trying to get it all figured out. I did have high external demands at times but I don’t tend to worry about things I can do something about. I did worry pretty constantly about my health for a good 2-3 years , which I felt I had little to no control over and not much hope for fixing at times. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for or if “worry type stress” would impact the adrenals…anyways, hope this helps.

Thanks

Please do not put case details here, just point me to your thread with a link to it.
