Hi KSman, would you have a look at my question here:
Hi Graemsay, thanks for the reply, those tools will make life a lot easier!!!
I do believe that I have a type of the final solution here, I do not think any major changes will be needed after this, maybe some further fine tuning but no more doubling etc.
I am curious as to what KSman will say about the suggested new protocol as well as to how often I should check E2 as my BF% decreases due to the higher T…
Thanks my friend
Hey KSman, blood results here:
KSman,
Here are my bloodwork results taken December 23rd, fasting, at 9am. I have been off TRT since November 3rd (I was only on for about 3.5 months). Not sure what else to test…feel like I’ll never get to the bottom of this. Should I try any herbs like Tongkat Ali, etc. to try and get my LH and FSH levels up? Would GHNRh shots help my pituitary produce LH and FSH? Looking for any alternative except a lifetime of TRT. The problem is clearly my body not producing enough LH and FSH.
Testosteron…
Hey KSman, Would like your opinion and knowledge on some hormones and some other stuff. Just trying to learn from the master: Journey Towards a Better Me

Hi KSman, new labs are in…some deep thinking required, but maybe not???
New labs are in and it appears that I overshot and underthought the new dosing protocol.
Old protocol 0.5mg T / week two doses. Result: All levels were half of what they thought they should have been. Remedy, double T dose, keep AI the same. I thought everything would be in line.
New protocol 1mg T / week three doses. Result: levels are overhsot by ± 30%.
The huge change in levels (3x original levels) come from the excessive increase in dose, the calculation of which was done without taking i…
Hi KSman
Im new here.I
m after left orchiectomy, on TRT 3 years now.
I am on 100mg Testosterone Enanthate/week(two shots), 1mg
anastrozole/week, 250IU HCG E3D.
Possibly, my bodys aromatase
activity decreased due to orchiectomy and I think it would be reasonable
to lower the anastrozole dosage. What do you think about it?
Sorry for my english.
Thanks for your answer!

Hi KSman,
I still can’t get the estrogen levels right. Could you please check my thread for some suggestions?
I have reduced my T dose to 38mg/twice a week(T/F) and kept HCG on M/W/F 250 schedule. Anastrozole was kept at .25mg/twice week. After about a month(hard to say since I was reducing dose slowly for a while) tested on Tuesday morning, T was 832(192-950), free T 17.5(5-21). Which is about where I wanted it to be - high normal values. But E2 dropped way too low - 10.3 (23.8-52.2). With all corresponding sides apparent. I decided to let it recover, and stopped anastrozole completely. After 20 days I…
Thanks a lot!

Hi KSman, new labs came in today, would you mind rendering an opinion on the way forward please?
Thanks
Hi All, back again after the latest labs…the labs were done two days after last doses, which in turn is the day of my next doses (EOD)
The results are as follows:
E2: 134 pmol/L (Range 40 - 161)
TT: 24 nmol/L(Range >12 nmol/L)
SHBG: 19.2 nmol/L (Range 11.1 - 78.1)
FT: 691 pmol/L (Range 180 - 739)
I am happy with the TT levels and fairly happy with the FT levels. My E2 levels are about 40 - 50 points to high. My SHBG has also increased a bit. So I suppose I should increase my AI (anastroz…
hi @KSman , could you take a look at my recent lab work?

KSMan,
I appreciate your help so far. I’m feeling much better now that I’m doing IR. Not a huge change but better. I’m getting ready to go see my doc again before follow up labs from my initial diagnosis of low T. I made a list of labs I think I’ll need per your recommendation, and came up with a few others that I think would be nice to know so I can establish a baseline. Can you take a quick look at my last post and the list to see if I’m missing anything important or any other thoughts? Thank you.
First test on my T, it’s 175.
Well guys I am new here.
Due to several reasons I just got my T tested along with some other blood work. Family history of thyroid problems led me to want to get it checked among other things.
I can post my full blood work but the hormone tests were limited. Doctor said he wants me to stop taking supplements and come back in a month for a retest. I’m currently stacking Primeval Labs Super Osta (three weeks)(20mg) and Super Cardarine(4 weeks).
(20mg)
Also supple…

Hey, KSman. I have done the tests that you asked me to do and have posted the results in my thread: (Anxiety for Years, Hormone Results - #4 by KSman )
