I’m on my 4th week of the preparatory phase of Krypteia. I’m a military guy, so I have to keep running while doing this program to meet fitness standards, but I’m certainly not a good or natural runner. My question is: in the Forever book, it is written to cut out the 5x10 lower body work if you’re running while doing Krypteia. Does that mean to stick with 5x5 FSL in phase 2? Or cut out the supplementary lifts altogether for lower body if you’re running for your conditioning?
