Couldn’t find an answer searching the forum. Should there be rest breaks between the supersets or do you just keep alternating back and forth between the main lift and assistance until all are completed?
As it says in the book: complete the workout within 45 min. This does not include agile 8 or whatever mobility / warm up you choose. Rest as needed and don’t race through it, but the 45 min limit means you can’t lollygag either.
This is answered in the book - total workout time is 45 minutes. Rest periods are up to you and depend on the day/lift.
