Krypteia During Quarantine - Modifications

I have no pull up bar, stairs or trees nearby to do pull ups on so was going to opt for some kind of row variant with a KB (61.7 lbs).

SLDL and dips: I’ll put KB and as many tins of food as needed in a day -pack to make it heavy enough to lift at a challenging weight . For the dips I will wear the back with some weight in it for push ups.

I know these aren’t the program but am trying to adapt to our current conditions and my gear restrictions.
