Just wanted to confirm the outline of the 2-day, in-season Krypteia because I’ve read a few posts that say the assistance work in the book compared to what Jim has his athletes do now is quite a bit different. From what I gather, is it this?
Day 1
Bench press (5/3/1 percentages outlined in Forever)
DB Squat + DB SLDL (25-50 reps)
Day 2
TBDL (5/3/1 as above)
Rows + DB bench press (50 reps)
Alternate between Phase 2 and Phase 3
Conditioning and mobility on off-days
