So i had what should have been an obvious aha moment today. Approximately 10 weeks ago i looked for some new back exercises to add some mass to my back and settled on kroc rows. Well in that 10 weeks my waist has increased almost an inch and a half and the first few weeks i attributed it to my slight increase in cals, then it kept getting bigger. I unfortunately didnt realize the impact they would have on my obliques. I have just stopped them and can only hope they will atrophy. Being shorter my waist is already normally a little blocky. Anyone else share my pain?
