No clue. The guy has a decent physique, but as the top Editor of that particular site, I take a lot of his advice with a grain of salt. He has competed in the past, so he must have some working knowledge of cutting nutrition and supplementation. Just like every diet though, some will work for one person, but not for another. Diets in general have too many variables to always garner the same results in everyone across the board.
