Hey, anyone tried Kre Alkalyn instead of basic monohydrate ?
My first creatine I tried was just basic Monohydrate from Optimum nutrition, loaded it up a week or two and was good, then I took 3 month break from gym completely, and after getting up to speed at training, bought Kre Alkalyn. Took as instructed, and in the next 2 days could already see strenght/energy improvement. Second week at the moment.
Anyone else, if you have taken it, how was it ?
