I've already ordered my Vibram FiveFingers, so I'm gonna get it soon.
Also, I've recently started stretching in order to enable myself to squat ATG.
However, I realize whenever I do the stretch (I basically squat down ATG while holding onto something), my knees hurt as hell. The pain goes away within 10 seconds or so, but DURING the stretch, I have sharp knee pain.
Is that ok? I guess it's okay because I haven'T developed mobility/flexibility/hip musculature necessary for ATG squat..
