Knees: A Reminder

As I sit here with ice on my knees wrapped up with ace bandages, I wanted to take a moment to share just a bit of wisdom I have picked up. Take care of your knees when you are young and they will take care of you when you are old(er).(to steal from Dave Tate just a little. Sorry Dave)

That's deep ain't it?

Seriously, when I was a kid and up through early teens, I fought Osgood-Schlatter's Disease/Symptom constantly. But I never thought anything about it being told constantly by everyone that I would grow out of it. Which I eventually did but my knees have never been great.

So if you are one of those young whipper-snappers around here, take from an old(er) fart of 37 and take care of your knees.
