I have to get a new chair for using my computer at home. Some 15 or so years ago I used to have a kneeling chair (google it if you don’t know what I mean).
I remember that I liked it (although my roommates thought it was weird) and am thinking of getting another one. Back then kneeling chairs were still sort of new, and I thought by now they would be fairly common. But it seems they are still very much a niche product.
So I am curious, does anyone at T-Nation use one, or would recommend for or against one?
I don’t have any back problems, but do get tired of sitting in a chair in the office and then again at home, so I am thinking the change in seating pattern at least would be nice.
