Anyone, know where to get a good pair of knee sleeves in Toronto?
Order Rehbands. Worth it.
Straight Knee sleves? I use McDavids, its pretty standard and they sell it at your average Modells/Sports Authority. I only use it for squats and deadlifts because of my bum knees, but they work swell for me. Also pretty cheap, only $12 each. Not the most advanced or BB specific, but they get the job done.
I’ve been using pattelar bands since I was a kid, do knee sleeves hold your pattelar’s in place?
