Knee Sleeves for Patella Tendonitis

Hey guys i am just recovering from patella tendonitis.

I was thinking to purchase knee sleeves to use for my front squats and low bar back squats only for my heavy sets. Is this a good idea for the long run? I want to keep my knees lasting and strong.

I would appreciate any advice.

Give them a go. I dare say you won’t go sleeveless again. Just don’t get a pair that cuts off blood to the lower legs.


Also, why are you doing front squats if you’re recovering from PT?
