For the past about two years i have been lurking on the boards reading articles and training, and i have made great results. The one problem I have now is that when I squat or lunge when i hit about half way through my knee gives or something. Its not like a pain, but it feels like my knee’s dont trust me anymore. I have taken a few weeks off leg workouts, and I feel alot better.
My question is should I push through the pain and just get back under the bar, or should I keep off them for awhile.
