Ok whenever I do jogging or HIIT sprints I seem to get shin splints and pain in my knees with soreness for days after/difficulty walking etc.It’s also uncomfortable to bend the knee.I can understand this with my right legg as iv’e taken bad falls and cracks on it about 4 times in my life.But it’s starting to happen on my left leg as well now Im not sure but maybe it’s my weight thats add’ing to the problem im at 230lbs and maybe this is causing it? Is there anything I can do to help this problem I love sprints and dont want to have to stop doing them after my weights.
