This is actually for a friend of mine and he asked me so I decided to see the input some people much more knowledgeable would have.
A few week ago he was playing in a football game and got into a knee to knee collision. However, it was nothing more than a grab of the knee, little limp and keep playing. He also plays volleyball for our schools club team and starting last week he began to feel a sharp pain about 1/4 into his squat position or when he is ready to push off on a sprinting/jumping type movement. Any thoughts on what this might be?
