Knee Pain After Squatting

On a test.deca cycle. Was doing squats the other day and might have let my legs bow inward either that or I did too much weight. My right knee has been giving me mild pain for 5 days since. Im not sure if I should stop squatting for another week or two or what?

It feels like I might have strained my paterllar tendon very slightly.

invest in some knee wraps and lower the weight. Just ease up on it for a couple weeks until it heals up

y did u post in this section of the forum do u think it has something to do with musles strengthening faster then tendons?
