I'm 5 days out from microfracture surgery on my right knee - the latest result of the injuries that have been fucking me the past few years.
I'm interested to know if any of you have had this procedure, how your rehab was, and what it was like for you to get back in the gym, back on the field, etc. Did your performance suffer? Are you still able to squat and pull? Do you have to take special care of the knee now (braces, wraps, whatever)? For any athletes were you able to return to your sport as the same level?
Any info or encouragement is welcome - I'm an active athletic guy and it sucks being stuck in a CPM the six hours a day I'm not at the office.
