Hey guys, just looking for some advice. I've been dealing with some tendonitis and osgood-schlatter's in my right knee and had things under control until I got a new job recently that has me standing for 8+ hours a day, I've been trying to take a break every hour or so to do some bodyweight squats just to move a bit and it tends to help but isn't always possible. Any ideas on things that could help? Just stop being a little bitch? Thanks for the help guys!
Have you tried compression socks and better shoes? Running shoes might be good.
