Just injured my knee in sparring think i tore or pulled a knee ligament.
So no squats, deadlifts or sparring for a while i guess, apart from practicing the motion and rebuilding asap.
I basically have fulltime availability to train so i need to do something.
Was thinking of doing lots of weighted pullups probably some benching and pressing and maybe start doing some curls.
Is it advisable to search for a program? I was doing 531, but i need something more intensive and more frequent for these couple of lifts in thie coming period.
Or should/can i just keep following my 531 program and instead of doing the lifts once per week do them once every 3 days and keep the same schedule ?
