Is the Lower body knee flexion dominant exercise group an important part of a leg day? Do you guys incorperate it into your worouts?
I’ve been training for 10 months, currrently on a 3 day upper/lower split. I’m training for strength - for any other stats just ask
I’m just curious seen as its listed as in the newbies guide part II as an exercise that should be included yet from scanning journals both here and elsewhere it seems to be neglected somewhat
