So, 3 months ago, girlfriend was working out and started to feel knee pain... We saw a doctor and she did scanner, XRay, and MRI. Result came after the MRI : small chondral damage (5mm) and bone edema.
The doctor was like "blah nothing to really do you have to wait for X months, maybe 6. Before that, no sport, no stairs, etc..."
Naturally it's hard to hear. Are there any supplements / exercise to try to help / fix it quicker ? Anyone already had this ?
She feels pain when getting up from squatting position, or rotating the knee...
