Kizen 6-Week Bench. Peaking for Bench-only Meet?


Hi. Just wondering have any of you any opinions on the Kizen 6 week bench peaking program?

I’m looking for a 4 to 6 week bench peaking program for a bench only meet. I’ve considered Smolev Jr, but am a little bit worried about the volume and a previous shoulder injury. Is it likely to recur?
