Kit Scheduled to Arrive by Friday

Yesterday was all about taking care of my mom during her cardiac procedure. I got my back workout today in, and really can’t wait to start the diet… drinking at least 64 oz of water/ calorie free fluids as well. I’m wondering if just drinking cold water throughout the day is sufficient, or if the 8 8oz pulses are necessary… Will be difficult to do at work for me.

Fit in what you can. It’s probably the least important part of the plan, but a nice bonus. Don’t sweat that part too much.
