King's Intermediate Program

If your workouts lack focus, you need some direction or if you are just looking to change it up a bit- you have got to get Ian King’s The Book of Muscle.

I just finished the 6 month Intermediate lifter program. Here are the results on 3 lifts.

Bench - up 40 pounds
Squat - up 80 pounds
Deadlift - up 90 pounds

If you don’t own a copy of King’s book, you need to get one.

First congradulation for you progress I also have very good results with Ian King programs but have hard time to get his books (I live in Canada). I just want to know if you know how Ian King make things for powerlifting and your progress was up to what ex: bench was 180 now 220.
